300 RPM seems pretty unlikely. Still, a fixed-gear Ironman with 2789 feet of gain over 112 miles is pretty hard.

That's also a super flat course for 46x18, he probably could have run closer to the high 70s and been a lot better off. |

I think it's pretty jack. Looks like you wouldn't be able to hit 300 cadences on it, even with mtn dew and oatmeal.
