BB for Miche Advanced Cranks

I want to pick up a miche advanced crank for my masi. It requires a 107mm ISO english threaded BB. I've searched and there are a lot of bad reviews on the miche BB because of the adjustable cups. Is there any reason why a velo orange BB in 107mm ISO wouldn't work? Or is it JIS taper?

The only reason I'm asking is because I've never seen it mentioned in any of the miche BB threads. People say the only options are miche, phil wood or old campy.

thanks guys

Using a JIS bottom bracket would possibly deform the taper. I would just stop worrying and get the Miche.

oh okay I didn't know it was JIS, it didn't say it anywhere on the website. I will probably end up just getting the miche. thanks for the quick response

Yeah I know miche is ISO. I thought the veloorange one was also ISO but I guess not.

I'm going to give the miche a shot, it's only $20

Word. The VO BB is not listed as either or, though their other BBs are listed as JIS.

Miche crank with matching BB sounds like the business.

Just use blue Loctite on the threads of your Miche and all will be good.

I have been running the Miche BB with no problems for about 3/4 of a year.

Really? Hrmmm, I might have to try it then. I've always heard "mixed" reviews on the miche BB about constant loosening.
