Full moon group ride tonight. Pseudo bike polo tourney/BBQ all day tomorrow. Pick up games on Sunday.

Sure, polo may not be riding, but I'll still be on a SS.

BTW, I am working all weekend, but if I wasn't this would be on the short list.
I usually start at Swains Lock (just north of great falls) because it's only a couple miles from my office in Rockville. I did end up putting together a little ride there with a friend for Sunday afternoon.

+1 geocaching.

That video is so bad that I, as a high-schooler myself, am disappointed.

My teeth rotted out after about 10 seconds of that video.

I was going to do a ride sometime this weekend, but I have a case of malaisiness, so we'll see how that shakes out. Weather isn't helping much.

I ended up forgoing biking today in favor of farming. I moved to a new house in December and i'm trying to get the back garden situated for growing this summer. Outside of biking and being a dick on the forums here, I'm also a horticultural genius.

Tomorrow = C&O canal ride with wife and a friend then a hilariously multicultural afternoon tea with a coworker from Germany, his Chinese wife, and additional colleagues from India, Croatia, and the former Spanish territory of Florida.

Commuted all week, off-day today.

Might go out for a pleasure cruise and knock out some hassle-free miles on the MUP tomorrow. It's about a 48-mile loop.

Got dropped like an anvil, fun ride nonetheless. Just getting my grub on at home then heading back out for foolishness in parking lots and listen to obscure chill-wave bands.

Done.

- Reached 196RPM on the rollers Yay
- Rode an easy 2+ hours through DC. Got lost for a bit.
- Did my first flying 200s of the season. Booo These hurt.

I've logged about 150 miles this week. My ankles are still killing me from Salton Sea and I can't seem to find my legs this week (IE I'm having a really hard time keeping a decent pace) so i'm going to drive to work today then ride "the ride with no name" this evening. Hopefully I'll see Hairnet, although I have my doubts.

This weekend I'll likely go to a big music festival and spend sunday recovering.
I AM BURNT. I have the leg cramps and muscle spasms to prove it. Nothing but rest and whining tomorrow.

Did the samething that I did the previous 4 weeks, nothing, no riding, no driving, no working. Stuck at home while not being cleared to do anything after having a massive bloodclot in my right leg.

I survived. And my body is surprisingly in good shape despite the hell I put it through as well.

196RPM is epic.
