Painting a Kilo is unlike painting any other bike or object. Completely different.

Personally, if that was my bike, I would change the tires, bar tape, and saddle to black. since you already have a white saddle switching the bar tape to white would look great, even better if you switched the tires to black ones.
It's all up to you though. If you think your bike looks good then leave it be!
