Thanks a lot guys! Not sure if anybody also has this frame, but what is the standover measurement for a 58mm? I'm 5'10" I was wondering if 58mm might be too tall or could be right for me possibly?
Thanks again!
Thanks again!

That is a massive head tube. What's up with that? It reminds me of the 1.5" head tubes on Canondale mountain bikes back in the day.

It's for the integrated zero stack headset that leader uses throughout its entire "aero" aluminum track frames. There are forks designed to be flush for these kinds of frames; but the 2 listed above arent.

I have no idea what the standover height is but it's probably on Leader's site somewhere and I would say it's pretty likely that a 58 is too big for you.

It's just I'm getting a deal for that bike that I started the post off with for $475 so it's quite a deal since the guy who I'm buying it from also knows a friend who rides as well.
I was planning to get an entirely new Felt TK3 that has not yet touched pavement yet for $500, but this deal for the Leader 721TR for $475 seems more worthwhile.
If you guys are wondering what might is on the Leader 721TR that I'll be purchasing tomorrow, here's the list:
Frame.
• size 58
• Aluminum 7075
• Integrated headset
• Stainless steel drop-out inserts
• Aero shaped downtube 68mm deep.
• Aero shaped toptube 50mm deep
Headset.
• FSA ZS3
Bottom Bracket.
• Sugino sealed bearing square taper
Fork.
• Aerus carbon flat bladed aero fork with carbon steerer.
Fork nut.
• Carbon steerer specific fork nut. Expander type.
Stem.
• Deda Magic. Tri -dimensional forging (3D forging) with high inertia modulus cross sections (very stiff) and low structure weight. 6061 T6 aluminum alloy designed for forging components subject to very severe fatigue stress.
Headset Spacers.
• Lightweight aluminum
Handlebar.
• IRD SUPERDROME CRMO TRACK BAR oversized with 31.8 center. Tange steel. Bonus: NJS grips.
Seat binder.
• Lightweight aluminum
Seatpost.
• Ritchey Comp Road Seatpost. Low profile provides plenty of post-to-saddle clearance. Strong and light 3D-forged, one piece construction. 2-bolt design for an easy to adjust, vise-like grip.
Saddle.
• Bontrager.
Chain.
• SRAM single speed.
Crankset.
• Track 130BCD lightweight alloy forged.
• Alloy chainring bolts.
• Alloy 46T chainring.
Pedals.
• Standard platform pedals. Bonus: toe cages and toe straps.
Wheelset:
Front.
• 42mm deep aero profile. Alloy extrusion optimized for strength and usability.
• 32 hole custom laced radial pattern.
• High flange track specific sealed bearing hollow axle hub.
Back.
• 42mm deep aero profile. Alloy extrusion optimized for strength and usability.
• 48 hole custom laced cross three on drive side and radial pattern on non-drive.
• High flange track specific sealed bearing hollow axle hub.
Cog.
• Track cog 17T.
Lockring.
• Heavy duty track lockring.
Rim liners:
• Non-tape polymer strips.
Inner tubes.
• Butyl type with 60mm stem. Presta valve.
Tires.
• 700x23 Vittoria Rubino Pro Slick road tire.
• Kevlar Endura 3D Compound has superior tread life, great grip on all roads and lower rolling resistance - everything you need during high mileage training and racing
• Twin Thread design places the hard tread in the center where the wear occurs and uses a softer compound on the shoulders for even more grip
• 120 TPI casing gives you a fast and supple ride
• Intrepid PRB material under the tread gives the Vittoria Rubino Pro Slick road tire maximum puncture protection.
Not sure what kind of wheels they are but here are some close up pictures.

Leaders are known to be long and low, meaning super long top tube and mega short seat tube and head tube. If you've got long torso and arms with shorter legs, then this frame might fit you. The 58cm is going to have a 58.5cm top tube, which is quite long. Take your body and the (un)natural geometry of Leader frames.
What size is the TK3?

I just spotted this, a 7075 frame? Really? The poster is being dishonest here. All Leader frames are made of 6061 and not 7005 or 7075.
7075 aluminium is not weldable as far as I know.
I would seriously consider the TK3 over the Leader any day, any time, anywhere, anyway.

Guess I'll have to find some pedals to buy for the Felt TK3 then since it won't be coming with any.

Might be a too good to be true deal although the owner is a friends' friend huh? Well, by looking at the specs, I'm guessing you guys definitely do know more than I do about frame materials and such. Luckily I didn't call off the other guy so I guess I'll be checking out the Felt TK3 tomorrow then.

A 56cm TK3 sounds like it might suit you better than a 58cm Leader but I could be wrong. Plus, TK3 MSRP is about $900 and you're getting it for about half off, seem like a good deal.

The wrong size bike is not a better deal. Throw a leg over both and get the one that fits you the best, even if it is $25 more.

Your cog is slipping.
If you're 5'10", that 58cm Leader is going to be too big for you and the top tube will be much too long. I'm 5'11" and typically ride 58cm frames but my Leader 725 is a 55 due to how long it is.

Bought it! and guess what, after fitting it when I came to check it out, it's a perfect height. Headtube to crotch is about an inch in between or so. I'm extremely satisfied to actually go buy the Felt rather than the Leader
