New frame ideas?

Hi all,

I have been looking at frames to get for a build but I wanted some opinions to see what you all suggest. I have been leaning towards the Leader 721TR V2.5 frame but I have also seen this frame on eBay which looks like a rip off of the leader and it comes with a fork, headset, spacers, seat post and seat clamp. So let me know what you all think! Thanks!

Budget wise I was going for 250 range.

I wouldn't get it, they're very heavy; boat anchors.

I have no idea why the link didn't work. Thanks for the input! Any idea of frames that might be a good choice?

What's your prefer material?

If steel is yo thang, then Pake from Retrogression, IRO and Kilo would be perfect in your price range.

Stretch it a little more and you could get a Wabi.

I've always ridden on steel so that's what I'm used to. I'm not sure how aluminum feels but I assume it's something you have to get used to.
