new wheel time, need help
I'm ready to get off of these dp-18's I've been riding for 2 years. I'm stuck between an open pro, dtswiss rr585, or veloctiy fusion wheelset. All would be laced to formula hub's most likely so I guess the only difference is the rim. Reccommend me one of these or if you have a better suggestion then put that up too. I want something strong, not too heavy, and not too deep.

All the post I've read says that the new open pros (blue label) are junk and not at all durable like they use to be. Don't know about the other ones. Velocity has good rep nowadays.

On one of my previous threads it was mentioned that IRO Cold Fusions were re-branded Velocity's. At $15 per, it's worth a look!
|
Wow I forgot about those. I think my mind is made up now^

Wabi.

maybe velocity a23s?
or wait it out for the h+son tb14s. could be completely in my head but i think the wide rim shenanigans definitely have some merit. road feel is reminiscent of an almost tubular ride (maybe most similar to the tufo tubular clinchers i had for a while) |
Salsa Delgados, really sweet rims. I bought mine after talking to a couple FG trick riders that do stair sets and other crazy stuff. At $42.00 a piece the price isn't bad either and they look really nice.

For the price I would go with the IRO's.

It's either the IRO fusions or open pro's. What would you guys choose?
