traitor frames?

I've searched everywhere and can only find out a little about these frames. I have a chance to buy a cheap traitor luggernaut brand new. The frame is lugged and has nice drop outs. Does anyone have one of these?

From what their website says, it seems pretty nice. Columbus tubing, lugged, drilled for brakes, can fit wide tires. I'd buy a frameset for 300, sure.

Only thing about the luggernaut is the fork. You can't really tell from pics on the website but it's this weird segmented/tig welded/lugged thing that looks like a steel abortion. My shop carries them and every time I pass by them I cringe.

I think the Katana fork looks really cool.

Idk man, I think the rest of the bike looks super classy and elegant and then the fork looks clunky and unwieldy. On a different bike it might look better but with the frame it just seems off.
