Well my girlfriend won first women's geared, first women across the line. We brought some dog tags bag to SD. Woot!

I missed a turn when I was dangling off the front by 100m or so in Westwood somewhere. Looked over my shoulder and saw the lead pack turning right.

I knew at that point there was no way I was going to win or even roll in with the leaders, but I didn't let that stop me from riding balls out and having fun.
I turned around, set into TT pain cave mode and just rode past innumerous chase groups trying to get as far up there as I could.

I'm super glad she convinced me to do this, that was alot of fun, def. more fun most of the 40-50 "real" USAC sanctioned races i've participated in.

Wofpack SD FTW! Dog tags for usssssssssssssssssss.

Also I got to meet hairnet briefly after the awards ceremony. Chill guy.

Today I dropped my squirrelfriend off at her house for spring break. Gonna be a sad/lonely week without her :( (she's going to CA for most of break)

Today i had the windiest ride ever, got my teeth whitened, and had in n out.

good day.

Today I rode my bike all day. Now I've got some swordfish steaks and some other treats on the grill.

Took my wife for her first time to phil's BBQ today for lunch and ended up waiting an entire hour in the line that wrapped all around the building; totally worth it to see her try to eat politely and devolving to pigging out.

Then we went to the apple store to check out what's up with all this "ipad" chit chat on the news is about and it turned out to be a tablet computer! :eek: I had no idea you could have the equivalent of a computer all in a notebook sized package! THE FUTURE IS NOW PEOPLE!
Just kidding, the screen's nice but I'll rather save my money for something much more useful as the iphone 5. :rolleyes:

Today I was pulling my 3 y.o son in the trailer behind my GTB for 15 miles. Now I have a sore throat and drinking tylenol instead of wine.

Today, I'm saving energy because tomorrow I plan on conquering at least 50 miles before meeting a friend for early dinner at five. Will that prevent me from going to karaoke and drinking tonight? Not at all. My recently passed friend's favorite band was Stone Temple Pilots so I think I'm gonna sing Plush in his memory.

Today, while finally riding the fixed again, i realized i can skid 46x16 seated with basically no effort... did that for about 20 mins, then wondered why people insist on brakeless...

Today I took my gal on her second bike ride since her childhood. Her legs are a little sore but she's keepin' up.

just to give you an idea of how fast she is, she finished before me. All it took was a ~20sec turnaround for me to miss the lead pack and one of the first couple chases that she was in.

i passed the only other two women who were her real competition and tons of dudes when I was back on course, but not her.

so knog sent me a replacement light for my dud that went out and then sent another package (not here yet) with a replacement silicone case for the one that snapped.
