Today I packed up my Fuji for shipping, returned an amazon purchase, rode some singletrack, and built a computer. I only ate 1 1/2 meals today. Asses and elbows.

Now I can't calm down enough to go to sleep.

Today I rode my FG into a bunch of wind and was about to say something about my poor knees when I saw Doohickie's post.

Today I had a good street ride, but am starting to feel sick.

but i made a strap to replace my busted one out of paracord, its pretty awesome.

Today I am going to clean my bike, and go for a ride out to roosevelt island with friend. He wants to go there for some reason ???

You saw the part where I said I rode home after breaking my arm, right? Well it was uphill and into the wind, too!

I heard you were also smokiing a cigarette, blindfolded, and had your hands tied behind your back, while riding through a foot or two of snow.

Those slings suck, when I broke my shoulder I wore one of those for a brief time. Drove me nuts, didn't hold the arm well at all.

Today I took my last exam of the year, came home, made pancakes, and now I'm just hangin around the apartment. Really don't want to start the long process of cleaning and packing to take off Saturday.

At the risk of blowing any hipster cred I might have, I don't smoke. I *could* do the ride home blindfolded, but didn't this time. And snow? Come on... this is Fort Worth.

The sling is near useless. They gave me a Large; I think an XL would have been better.

today i'm experiencing first world problems....my new headset cap is a tad darker than my seatpost clamp...it actually goes well with the bike, just doesn't match the seat collar exactly.
should i)
a. buy a new headset cap that might match better?
b. put a black seat collar on and keep the red headset cap?
c. put back on the black headset cap and keep the red collar?
d. stop whining?
i know i know....but i just want it to look as good as it rides and wanna be all matchy matchy!

Can you tell when looking at the bike with the parts where they respectively belong? A lot of times things dont match side by side but when theyre installed you cant tell the difference

last night i tweaked my wrist pretty bad in a softball game. trying to not move it so much. in other news, i decided i want to learn to lace wheels. whoooo another money pit.

i'll take one later...but you can def tell they don't match....the red nips on my wheelset are small and far enough away from the collar and/or the bearing cap that they look like they match either.
i see way more colored seat collars that headsets, so i'm leaning toward a black collar...

got up early to ride with a group and it was awesome.

Is that red wrinkle paint? looks good and not that common on bikes.

Wrist injury and wheel building won't go well together.

Clearly this is the only acceptable course of action.
