wald 137 basket sans hardware in NYC?

Does anyone know of any shops in NYC that carry or can order the Wald 137 (medium/shallow, 15" wide) basket without the attached hardware?

I've ordered it from Rivendell as part of a larger order before (with the Shopsack that fits inside it, which is f'ing awesome), and like to support them. But it's the only thing I need right now and $10 shipping, which would be 30% of the cost, plus shipped from CA, seems like a waste.

I'd get a regular one and dremel off the hardware, but I don't own a dremel.

BTW, front baskets on street fixies rule.
