Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Bottom bracket confusion?

So I recently purchased a set of new Sugino RD2 Messenger cranks and a Sugino 103mm BB. When I received the cranks, they were paint chipped to oblivion. So I got a refund. I recently read that Andel cracks are phenomenal for the price and the 144BCD is very attractive compared to the RD2's 130.

When I got my order, I went in and got my sugino 103mm bottom bracket installed. Reading from coghouse and some threads, the Andels use a 110mmBB? On the Alien site, you can choose a 103mm or a 110mm BB. Are andel's compatible with both? Should I just buy a new 110mmBB? on another note, zen + andel thoughts?

You need a 110mm JIS BB for the Andels. I have 3 sets of Andels and think they are great as in look great, fit great, work great.
