it's supposed to look like that, they're made by a shop in philly, i haven't seen more than one or two outside of philly so it's a rarity but it's nothing too special, they're certainly generic/entry level but that's a bad price assuming the parts are all smooth and functioning

As a side question, since craigslist is involved, I want to get a fixie used before I build my own, just to play with. I have a guy really trying to sell me this bike that he got in trade but little is known about it in terms of value. It's 56cm, has a custom prism paint job, shimano bottom bracket, eighth-inch crankset, bontrager seat, all city track pedals w/ powergrip foot straps, sealed organ 8 hubs, and shimano lockring
From ANYONES experience, would you say this is worth $400?
