Bare Knuckle EAI Track Bike 62cm Chris King - $330 worth it?

The top bidder bailed out, I have a chance to buy it for $330, is this worth it?

I'd probably have to repaint it, and maybe get a new fork.

Thanks guys.

I LOL'd. Don't do it. Let the 3rd or 4th bidder get it.
