Need help deciding on a new frame

I'm in the process of saving up for a new frame. I really love the rectangular down tubes that are on a lot of aluminum track frames. I've narrowed down my options to a 2011 Leader 725TR or Affinity Kissena. I haven't been able to find any straight forward reviews for either frame, but I have heard some things towards Leader as a company. Such as, they are more about quantity than quality, and as such, their welds aren't as high of quality as other manufacturers. But, I've also heard they give a lifetime warranty? I suppose that evens out- break a frame, get a new one for free. But, does anyone have any experience riding on either frame? I'm just trying to get a new commuting bike, there isn't a track near me to ride exclusively. $750(not including the other parts) is a hefty price for me right now, so the $400 Leader 725 sounds like a better choice for money.

Thanks

Remember, the Leader 725 doesn't come with a fork.

But even with the new Leader carbon track fork with the aluminum steerer, it'll still be well under $750.

It seems like Leader's quality has gone up in the past couple of years. Besides, you're doing it wrong if you break a frame.

I like the sound of it being less than $750! I don't plan on spending a lot of money on the saddle/bars/etc, I just want a nice crankset and wheel set, so hopefully it won't go way over $750. I was under the impression that there was a major [positive]quality difference between the '10 and '11 725, so it's good that someone else agrees.

I meant under $750 for the frame and fork. It'll probably cost around $600 shipped for the Leader frame and fork combo if the frame alone is $400.

A nice crankset and wheelset together will cost at least another $300 on top of that.
