Need help on custom leader bike
 

I have around 600-700 Budget
and want to make Leader BIke from scretch. Is it possible?
my first time buying but i think making from scratch is lot cheaper then buying a alreayd made one.
ANyone willing to help me? getting the parts ? from onlines that are cheap

But seriously, yes you can build up a leader on that budget. You're probably better off buying a leader frameset and taking it to your LBS to have them walk you through what components would fit you/the riding you will be doing best and then have them put it together. I built up my Leader (mind you us BF geeks are also reaaaaly good at finding things way off msrp) for around $520 if you include shipping on some random online parts

which leader? you may be able to make something decent if you buy an older model

yes, local bike shop. Slow down when you type dude! Getting an older 721 on ebay is a lot cheaper, not sure if coghouse still liquidates leader's old stock of them but do a quick ebay search.

Cand find them but all leaders are fixis right? if not is the one im getting fixi

You can build a pretty nice leader for $700 if you're patient and wait for good deals.

However, I doubt most people are patient enough to do it, so you'll probably end up with a pretty crappy to mediocre build for $700.

Just being realistic here.

Dear adultclub, please go to a bike shop. We want to help you out, but if you don't know much about bikes (PLEASE, don't take this as a personal dig at you), then you're going to have one hell of a time putting a build together piecemeal, or, from scretch. I hope you get setup and rolling on the street soon! ...Which is why you should go to the pro's and have them help you out face-to-face. Good luck.

Pretty much this. Even a closeout frame + fork you're really under a small budget to finish the bike. You're going to have to go mostly used parts you find on eBay or CL I would think. say you got the $275 frame, you still need a headset, fork, stem, bars, seatpost, saddle, wheelset, tires, tubes, cog, chainring, crank arms, bottom bracket, pedals, straps, clips. It can be done, but be prepared to wait it out. And it sounds like someone is going to have to build it for you, so add another $100 on to that.
