Quick QR question

I had a road bike that I totaled before I got my SS.

Are QR skewers generally universal? If so, I'd like to take the front QR and put it on my Kilo. Is there anything that would prevent this? How hard is it to do?

If you want to just switch the wheels yes that's possible. Most front axles are 100mm.

If you want to somehow take the skewer and use it on the Kilo wheel. No you can't do that. Not without a a new axle.

edit: Just realized you have a TT pro, is the axle solid like on the regular TT? IF it's hollow you may be able to cut the axle down and use the skewer. I'm probably wrong about that though.

Looks to be solid unfortunately. My road bike's front wheel is bent so I was hoping to steal the QR skewer only :(

Although, maybe I can get it fixed?

Seems like your hub is sealed, which is kind of hard to switch it to QR unless you find the right axle with the right shoulders and right bearings.
