Kilo tt sizing help

hi guys im new to this forum as well as fixed gears. I'm about to order my first bike which is a kilo tt. my problem is that my ideal size has been sold out. So I'm asking to see if a 47 cm frame is still fine with me since it can fit 29 in.

my inseam: 30 in
my height: 5'7

thank you for your answers in adv.

definitely wait for a 50. You're dead set on a kilo?

I'm not sure what you're looking at but there are actually a lot of 50cm Kilo TTs, Strippers, Chrome/paint and Pros in stock in various colors.

I'm actually looking at the $360 one because it fits my budget and yeah I am dead set on the kilo because I don't really wanna wait. I guess I gotta wait a little longer for the kilo to be restocked. =P

Dude, you can't scrape up 30 more bucks?

You may be a 47, you may be a 50. Friend of mine rode a 47cm Kilo and he's 5'8. Use a fit calculator. Also, Kilo's are measured C-C not C-T

Do use the size calculator, as per Jaytron's advice. Also, I'm 5'6 with a 29 inseam and the 47cm Kilo is perfect for me.

47cm's have a sloping top tube if you care about that...

I'm 5'7, with a 30 inseam too. i'd say i have a pretty much average arm/torso/leg ratio.
ordered a 50 for the kilo tt, fits me great! minor adjustments can always be made.

I'm looking for someone to play my stunt double in my next film, and thus far you sound like you have what it takes.

looks like I got an extra $50 budget. Thanks guys, I'll go with 50 cm. Btw, I'm considering between the regular kilo tt and the stripper edition. Does the stripper have the same exact frame as the kilo tt as well as components?

1) If the bike doesn't fit, it won't fit. Buy a bike that fits.

2) No offense, but this is not bikes direct. Stop asking us questions that you should be asking them. You are giving them your money, they should be more than happy to answer your questions. If not, then you should take that into consideration when spending your money.
