I dont skid generally, i just uh how you say use my legs to slow down "shocking" but when i do its in the drops because i have more leverage in the drops than at the tops.
i have never had an issue with hitting my knees...i also dont see how skidding from the flat portion of a drop bar is where youd go to skid being the angle of your hands and the force applied and leverage... but eh whatever also how are you going to post a picture of obree with some stupid comment intending a meme or some dumb sarcastic remark when he did amazing things? u dum si but if youre having issues with hitting your knees im assuming its because youre trying to lock your legs at the wrong time, generally i time it so that im locking my legs as the down stroke to my primary/dominant leg is about to the bottom just before. |
