Flat vs bullhorn bars

Hi I ride a fixie and currently have bullhorn bars. I'm really in to track stands and riding backwards. I'm considering switching to straight bars. I like both looks. Is it any more difficult to ride backwards or do track stands with straight bars. Any input helps. Thanks

Try pedaling backwards and trackstanding while holding your bullhorn bars on the flats.

You will literally explode.

One is no easier than the other, but bullhorns are sweet for skidding and ricerz are awesome for barspinzzzzz

I can trackstand better with my hands on the horns than I can on risers, but I'm sure you can get used to it both ways. I think it's just easier to center your weight a bit forward more when you hold the horns.

yeah, I find skidding and track standing much easier on the horns then on the flats of my bullhorns. I had risers for a while and was never as successful as I am with bullhorns. I don't think I'll every go back

Same as everyone else, holding the horns makes skidding and standing a whole lot easier than holding the flat part of the bars.
