Help! New to Fixed Gear Bikes!
 

Hi, I am new to Fixed Gear Bikes and I would like to buy a complete fixed gear bike for my commute to college. I have a budget of around $400 and like many teenagers these days, I want a flashy fixie. I want a bike that looks like the bike this guy is riding------------------------------http://www.fixedgeargallery.com/reviews/soma_everwear/index.htm-----------------------------

The only difference is that I want green rims and white wheels. Where would I go about finding a nice suitable bike with colors that I want without breaking my bank? I've heard people say that buying a Mercier Kilo TT or Windsor The Hour for good starting bikes but I have no idea what a "good" bike is. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
