Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Dogfish Head 60min. Earlier at the bar it was Pliny the Elder, Epic Spiral Jetty and Rogue Shakespeare Stout.

I don't like Pliny the Elder that much. It was the holy grail back home because no one could ever get it. It's everywhere out west, and it just doesn't like my stomach.

Hah, it always smells like chocolate. I do not mind.

Plus the Ghirardelli outlet. That's cool too.

Nah, I usually just drink it with water, and sometimes sugar. I'll have to try that some time though.

Perfumey with lots of aromatic hops and a good lingering bitterness. I used to think that the west coast made the best IPAs but the east coast can hold their own.

This is spicier than what I imagined. I wish it had more flavor though. All I'm really tasting is heat.
