valve extender help
http://http://www.ebay.com/itm/Road-...item35b4600764
so im going to buy a 60-80mm wheel but the deepest wheels ive had were 48's and ive always used a presta valve adapter to make a presta into a schrader valve but as I was looking at the extenders there where no threads on the pumping end can someone please explain what I could use? :twitchy::notamused: |
These would be easy.
If understanding correctly, just grab one of the little adapters for pumping if dealing with schrader pump. They cheap. http://lh4.googleusercontent.com/pub...z7QG4lYQaB9lc9 |

No, you'd need to use a different pump made for presta valves.
|
yes, get a presta pump.
re: valve extenders. put a bit of teflon tape on the threads joining it to the tube valve...leaks there will drive you crazy. |
