The crazy part is that if this guy (below) did this same trick on a FG bike he'd have a "pro" contract, 20 video parts, 3 solo DVDs, plus a frame named after him.

Scrod, they did actually make a 12t fw, but it didn't last too long because, with the new bearing types they had to use to make it work sorta failed I guess. But it was definitely a freewheel.
Carleton, I didn't say that it had never been done, because I know that it has (that exact video is actually where I learned a few years ago what fixed gear even was), just that its a lot more common nowadays that they'll be running a freecoaster. A lot of flat tricks now are one the wheels |
