Kilo TT vs Kilo TT Pro
 

Which one do you think is better and is the kilo tt pro really worth the extra money? Is the "wheelset alone worth $350 to 400?" Please help.

It's around a $60 difference and you get a Sugino crankset and better wheels apparently.

if you have the money you might as well. The cranks on the plain TT will probably leave you wanting more stiffness. Upgrading to a decent s300 is like 120 bucks if you find that this is the case.

The Sugino RD cranksets are worth it, the wheelset while IMO still suck, are better than the stock Kilo TT wheels.

TT Pro is worth it

Wheelset is not $400

sugino cranks and upgraded wheels (of any type) sound like a notable improvement over the BD bike i assembled for a friend.

I didn't think he meant whether or not the wheelset is worth $350-400 on it's own. If so, I change my second answer.

I thought that Scrod meant that the Pro is better and worth the extra money.

That is what I meant but I don't even know what I mean anymore.

If i had the money at the time when i was buying my TT i would have paid the extra just for the shark grey. :3
