Need bullhorn bars on my kilo tt!

Hi I currently own a Kilo TT pro and I'm not liking the stock drop bars on them. I was looking at the different types of bars and the ones I've like the most are bullhorns. The thing is though, I know nothing about handlebars. What do you think would be the best bars to buy? Also to go with the handlebars what type of handle bar tape do you think would be the best? I don't wanna spend more then 60 dollars though on the bars thanks.

I've really liked my Nitto RB021s. Don't get them unless you have a frame that fits you well and are comfortable with reach.

Solbrothers, I found you a new avatar. Much more suiting.

+1 and comfortable with a considerable amount of drop.

For a less exaggerated version of the 021's, go for 002's.

Then how do you know you "need" bullhorns?

Looks, obv.

In which case, go for 021's since they look best when you're taking pictures of your bike.
