Yes! And it seems odd to wear something that nice and classic looking with flashy neon lycra...of course, they'd probably look really nice with some nice rapha or giro new road style stuff.

Didn't Rapha have a full on 3 piece suit on their site at one point time...actually, it was just a tailored jacket.

I just realized that I am looking at a porn thread, with a picture of a guy in a tailored jacket and thinking "he is wearing that hat well..."

that jacket is way too baggy around the midsection to be considered tailored. anyway, just more pretentious crap for people who like to play bikes

Yes, that is what I imagined, a Tweed Ride or maybe for L'Eroica

You wouldn't want to wear cheap kicks on your posh Pashley, would you?

That is probably a good thing though, the sloppy fitting jacket draws attention away from the "schl0ng dance" that is going on. Some things can not be unseen.

It's almost like tailored clothing won't look right while you're riding a bike. Rapha's normal clothing line is so stupid. But I'm sure we all already know that!

Some French outfit made this. I think it's incredible. Old School Klunker style modded to king size BMX.

And the setting/photo rock too.

To me gumwalls always seemed "traditional" and kinda throw back. When I see them on modern rims and especially modern aero frames it looks odd to me. Like you say....different strokes...

Dude i love those RibMo's that i got from you (RetroGression)on my SS. They were a tight fit at 32C, but worth it. I've been riding it on some light trails around here, and they are excellent.

I think gumwalls look good on all black modern bikes, but when you start introducing colored bits and silver instead of black, things get iffy. All depends on the bike for me.

This is how I feel too. I really like them on that CAAD 10 above, especially with the gold chain.
