Quick Wheel Question

Im looking for a wheel that is good all around. Im going to be doing long distance rides but also some where i might use for errands that might be bumpy terrain. Does anyone have any recomendation for a good wheel? Thanks!

100 or less would be great (college student) but no more than 200.

Going from those to the wheels I have now, I'd say its well worth the difference in price.

Just depends on your budget.
