If you go used, you can get Sugino 75s for ~$150. I bought my arms for $100, Protype BB for $35 and a Mighty Comp for $20.

S100s are basically Truvativ Touros with a different finish. They're not bad for the money.

I was unaware the OP was even upgrading from anything. I thought it was just a "what's good for this much $" question. Either way, I'll probably end up getting the Andels.
