Good Deal?

So I found a hed3 rear wheel with a fixed hub on craigslist for 75 bucks. I couldn't figure out why it was so cheap until the seller told me that it would need a new hub, bearings, and skewer.

I did a little research, but couldnt find how much a new hub would be. The bearings and axle sound like they won't be more than 100.00. For a wheel thats generally 400.00+ it sounds like a good deal to me as long as the hub replacement isn't absurdly expensive.

Does it sound like a good deal or is the hub replacement going to be more time/money than its worth?

Good thing there isn't a craigslist thread dedicated to helping people decide if a craigslist find is a good one. Man, somebody should make one.

I'm pretty sure that Craigslist hasn't been mentioned in SSFG before.
