Chainline Concerns

So today I got a great deal on a Sugino RD2 Messenger Crankset and I wanted to know what I need to have the proper chainline for my fixie build.

I have a 113mm bottom bracket that I was given as a gift, which I can return. I was wondering if I can use this bracket with the crankset and still have the proper chainline?

You need a square taper BB with a 103mm JIS spindle.
