Identify This Frame

Man will you chill about the frame? It looks like a painted version of the Cinelli X Mash, which is currently the Cinelli Bolt.

Big ugly weld on the headtube, replaceable dropouts, flattened chain stays. Its the cinelli bolt. |

It's a bolt. The photo is from an older time when they did those frames in green/white or gray/white.
