Cool. I am pulling another Yojimbo's early morning gig and then need to take care of a thing or two. So 130pm. Meet at the regular starting point on Halsted?

Until further notice, I'm working until 3 that day. That might change.
[165] - if you're riding from Yojimbo's to Halsted and Waveland, let me know - I would rather park there and ride up than hunt for parking for however long.

Butting in, I really dig Stephenson, good to know someone else who is into him. I'm expecting Quicksilver for Christmas from family I haven't seen yet - I've read everything up until that.

Well you're always trying to be, so I guess that makes you a loser at winning.

I didn't get through Cryptonomicon. I got bored a third of the way through. Which seems to be the case with me and ol' Stephenson. Same with The Diamond Age though I did finish that - eh. I still like his first book, Snow Crash.

I'm curious at this epic trilogy that he's written though.

I'm currently about 500 pages into Cryptonomicon and still loving it. At this rate I should have it finished in another week or less.

Anyway, can't make it back to Chicago for the ride. Wish I could, though.

We'll miss you. But in remembrance of you, we will paddle and humiliate 165 like a baby new year at the corner of Halsted and Roscoe, right in front of one of the big rainbow phaluses. Or is that phali?

You're the English teacher here... As for 165, I'd prefer you challenge him to a power hour and then chase hipsters around Wicker Park screaming about Mao.
