First fixie build, need help finishing this off

Hey all, so I've started on my first fixie build. It's intended to be a commuter/cruising over to a friends house/town errands sort of bike. Short, fast, simple. Doesn't need to be fancy or light.

I've got a couple of things set out. First off, I'm trying to keep within a budget of roughly <$450. This is a little flexible, but that's my aim anyhow.

I've started building it off an Iro Mark V frame, spray painted matte black. I bought some wheels off a friend (Velo Orange 32h laced to All City Standard pewter hubs), Cinelli bars (drop, but I'm going to do a flip and chop for some nice cheap bullhorns), Deda Stem, MKS Track Pedals/Clips, and a cool vintage Campy crankset as well. That's for now, but I've got a rough list of what I'll be buying to finish this thing off:

Origin8 19t Track cog (I have a 52t chainring)
Cane Creek 40 Series Headset
Vittoria Rubino Prop II Tires (Orange/Black)
Lizard Skins Tape (Orange)
All City Gonzo Saddle (Black)

I want to go with an Orange/Black theme if you haven't figured that out already. Also, I intend to go brakeless for now. Any cool accents that I might be able to use? Keep in mind I've already invested around $230, and I'll probably be buying the rest of the stuff new.

All the cool kids are putting chinese menus in their spokes these days. Also you should see how many bottle openers you can get on your bike. There should be at least three or four on your steerer tube and a bunch on the seat tube and if you want to get super cool you should try to get them on the dropouts.

Chinese menus? Really?

I'm going to stick slices of pizza in my spokes.

My fave accent is Russian. I'd move away from orange accents.
