It makes me sad when British people can't use the language they originated.

It sure is a frame.

Now buy the rest of the parts to build it up.

Jaymond22 07-02-12 05:31 AM

ITS STEEL AND THE FRAME SIZE FROM SEAT CLAMP TO B/B IS 20". FROM SEAT TUBE TO HEAD SET 21 1/2"

SEAT POST SIZE 25.4

Im looking to strip the paint from the frame and paint it pearl white, then start buying everything else and fixing it together with help from some friends.

I bought a complete SS/FG bike and rode it as both. I prefer the freewheel and no longer feel the need to "want to build one". If I were you, I would buy a cheap one, then decide if you really want to build one on your own. You never know, you might not like them....
