In the search of the perfect frame.
I have a Raleigh One Way in too small of a size for me. I've adjusted it and bought a new stem, but it's still too small for my liking. I love the rest of the bike though.

My question is, does anyone know of a frame I could buy to swap over my components, or most of them so I could have a better fitting bike.
-Clearance for 35-38s.
-Canti brakes, or even disc mounts
-Singlespeed/fixed(either horizontal dropouts or track ends)
-Horizontal top tube, or mildly sloping
-Fender/rack mounts don't matter
-59-60cm(23 inch)
-Top tube of around 56-57cm
I've been looking for a while, but only custom options seem to be available. A Cross Check is pretty close, but the top tube feels too long for me, even with a stubby stem.
I'm in Canada, so BikesDirect isn't an option.

I've had a few road bikes(old 10 speeds) in the past that were 23" frames with horizontal top tubes and they fit great. They're getting too hard to find around here though.

If you want a 57cm top tube, try a 57cm bike. https://www.competitivecyclist.com/fr...ut--10923.html may be worth looking into.

Familiarize yourself with late 80s or early 90s touring frames.
Specifically the Fuji Touring Series from 199Xish has a 59cm seat tube and a 57cm top tube. Canti-brake studs, clearance for 38+ tires. Triple-butted 4130 steel with a horizontal top tube. Forged horizontal dropouts with adjusters. Very well made, clean welds and machining. Rides like a dream.
Good lucking finding the bare frame. I got mine of Craigslist last spring for $90. They're generally an under-appreciated frameset.
