What Carbon 3 / 5 spoked - or deep rimmed carbon wheels fit 80s Racing Frame
Hey chaps .. I am doing up my mid 80s English, Holdsworth "Competition" frame into a fixie. Still got my original Campag SRecord gear - thankfully never got rid of it.
I want to put on it 3 or 5 spoked carbon wheels, or, deep rimmed carbon rims. Thing is, the distance between the rear 'dropouts' is only 125 mm. The question is, does anybody know what brand / model of (probably early) carbon wheels would fit my bike? Somebody gotta know, cos the modern ones seem to be all at least 130 mm ! Cheers. David. actually all standard track hubs come in 120mm as it is the standard OLD for all track hubs
so you could use any track specific carbon wheel I don't know why you would want to sail your bike around but its your bike dude
specialized or HED are three spoke wheels or you could get some aerojokes
