Trek Soho S - Price?

I am buying my first single speed bike, a Trek Soho S. The bike is used and priced at $350. Is that a decent price for an excellent condition 2 year old bike? Is the Soho S a good choice in single speed?

Retailed for $550, you could probably ask lower. Are all the parts stock? As far as it being a good choice, do you know what kind of riding you'll be doing?

I have a Giant Escape 1 Hybrid for hills, etc. I would like to get a single speed for the simplicity and not having to shift. Any thoughts on the Soho S?
