Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Czech Fixed Gear riders

Brno would be even better I am looking to buy a fixed gear here in CZ and it seems my choices are somewhat limited and difficult to come by, language barrier doesn't help either. To be honest I don't want to spend as much as a Bianchi Pista (which is pretty available) runs new and as far as I can tell there isn't much of a used market. I was thinking of picking up a Specialized Roll 1 but I would rather have the drop version and nowhere seems to stock it.

I guess what i am getting at is, do we have any Czech members and if so can you point me in the direction of some great little shop I have overlooked, preferably with an online stock list so I can get biking before winter hits.

Diky Moc,

Mark.

I'm pretty sure no one here can answer your question. Brno is a great town though.
