Don't know yet if there is any damage. I agree with that, the cog is tightening and leaving the lock ring loose. hopefully there is no damage to the hub. It is a flip/flop hub. Would you agree that i should not be at fault? i did not install the cog and lock ring. they are both brand new out of the box on brand new rims. i have rode with them on maybe 3-4 times if that.

its just the nature of Customer Service these days. Thats why when I find somebody who is good at what they do, I pay top dollar to keep coming back.

Dude... that really sucks. At a nearby shop, I brought in a wheel, a log and cockring and the guy did it while I picked my nose. He didn't even charge me and it wasn't even my personal LBS! There is something really wrong with your peeps.

I usually just do it myself. A FG doesn't need that much maintenance.
