H + Son reputation?

So I'm looking at H+Son wheels (specifically these) And I'm wondering 2 things.

1) Does H+Son have a good rep?
2) Do these wheels have a good rep?

They make a good/ durable rim; I have a set of formation face laced to phils and they are SOLID.

the wheel build, including the spokes, and skills of the wheelbuilder, proper spoke tension, etc. pay a bigger role than the rim itself. some of the best wheelbuilders are building with these rims right now, so the quality is there.

I actually prefer building with H+Son rims because they seem to be a lot less finicky when bringing them up to proper tension and truing them.

Yes, acetone or something similar will take it off without damaging the finish.
