You probably won't notice a difference.
If you do a ratio of difference in price/ difference in cost, you will see the FSA ring is where it's at.

Your cog is slipping.

FSA rings are a great value and very stiff - but I've noticed on the ones I've used that the teeth get dimpled by the chain fairly easily, which doesn't happen to my Sugino rings.

Also, what is the difference between these two Zen rings? Is it just the branding mark or is one a better make?

More Jakarta points. Go with the English branding for bonus SJ points.

I own and race both brands. The only difference that I can see is that the Zen are lighter and have a better finish, which explains why they cost more.
The Zen are lighter because the backs are milled-out to remove material:
The FSA are not. This is the reverse:
Both the front and reverse have "FSA" printed on it, but the reverse uses a smaller font.
Front:
Solid rings are prefered over standard cut-out rings because the cut-out rings warp under heavy sprinters. If you aren't going to warp one, just use the standard Sugino 75 type rings, which are lighter and cheaper than the Zen:
The FSA are the best bang for the buck in terms of solid race gear. They are even cheaper and stronger. But, not as light as the others.

This is race-spec equipment, all of which will perform the same for non-race use. So, with that being said, pick the one that you like the most.
