It's a generic boat anchor rim laced to a coaster brake hub with straight gauge spokes. It's not worth much.

Even if it is a real B43, it's an anchor laced to a ****ty coaster brake hub.

B43s are not considered one of Velocity's nicer rims (which is why they discontinued them for 2013).

Maybe it was a B43 before you purchased it, and now it's not.

So you bought a frame and one wheel. Off Craigslist. You paid with payPal. Now you want to dispute what you bought?

I could kinda go for a wheel like that. If it was cheap, like $30.

FWIW - you do not file a claim with Paypal if something is damaged during shipping, you contact the seller and file a claim with USPS, UPS or whatever shipping company was used.

Seller ignored me. My PayPal claim is on the frame which was advertised as "new" but clearly isn't. Contacted UPS, too. My main concern wasn't with the wheel...I was more or less just curious to find out info on it. Thanks for helping.

I hope you express yourself with more clarity in the claim that you do in interwebz forums.
