What Brake lever is this?

Hey Guys. Searching the forum and I found a photos of a bike with this brake lever on it and can't find any info on it. Any help would be appreciated as it looks very enticing! Thanks!

I've never paid much attention to that thing, but seeing it now I notice that it appears to be machined to a pretty high standard.

I have one on my bike hooked up to an Ultegra FB. It's made quite nicely and works well.
