He's not, I somewhat know him and he only rides on the street.

Riding a $3,000 full carbon track frame on the street, riding a $1,000+ rear disc on the street, using a brake on a H3D that doesn't have machined walls, and using platform pedals with cages.

In that case, he should run smaller tires so he can fit some fenders. :o

With a better than average chance of getting your junk sucked into the housing if you ride it while intoxicated.
