Yet another from a prolific flipper in my area (someone else has posted his work before). I'm tempted to throw him an offer on just the frame, but that drive side chainstay looks a little sketchy. http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l2...ps8a117b89.jpg |

Oh man this .gif is sad... the dude was a pro BMX rider. This stunt basically ended his career and in his devastation he took his own life.

If you are serious, please delete the post. I had no idea.

He must be making some money, though the particular example I showed has been sitting at the same price for months.
My current favorite though is the guy in Big Bend who calls every single speed bike a fixed gear, even 12" kids bikes. In his eyes, one speed means the number of gears are fixed, so they're fixed gear bikes... I once sent him a pretty benign email saying that it might be helpful if he didn't call those bikes fixed gears and he quite bluntly told me that I was clueless. |

I swear I've seen some of his bikes up there for multiple years. Between him, the East Side guy, and Jim in New Berlin, Milwaukee craigslist has no shortage of shady flippers.

At least some people seem to be catching on. Had East Side guy buy a 90s Trek 1220 before I called the other day. Original seller wanted $185 for it, and it was reposted an hour later at $300 or thereabouts. Must have gotten some considerable backlash, as a few hours later he reposted yet again for $200. |

Sheesh, what a joke. New Berlin guy is my current favorite just because he honestly seems to think someone is going to pay him $275 for a GMC Denali.

I am glad to see people pushing back lately - every few weeks someone seems to post something calling him out. |

*sanitized pic* Not everybody likes leaders but I would've sold it as a frame instead of scrap. |
Actually, it was most likely just a warranty replacement and they were instructed to destroy the old frame instead of sending it back.
But yeah...the piss is a little excessive. |

Ever cut your frame open to make a stash spot? This guy did. http://i60.tinypic.com/16c9b0g.jpg

I saw that post; it was stolen but his homie snatched it back when he saw it in lakeside. Too bad for his new lizardskins tho.
