I hope this isnt a dumb question, but are the rear wheels on a vertical drop secured with or without quick release or bolts. I dont want to run a tensioner either for the chain.
|
they could be secured with either

I just use a quick release, works fine.

another offroad SSer here. nearly all the same trails i'll take my geared ride on, i'll also take my SS. though some of the long, high up, butt loads of long climbing routes, and super techy fun to jump off stuff routes i stick with the geared/suspended ride.
ridden up kenosha pass on mine a few times last summer. and a large percentage of the guys and gals i ride with ofroad have SS rides, and take them on the same trails. |
