Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Anyone have info on a Crusader SS?

I saw it at a junk store near Houston so I stopped to look at it. The only identification I could find was Crusader. It was a single speed, English type road bike with a three piece crank. I believe the rims were steel but I'm not sure. Two-tone seat, white and red to match the red paint. Like dork, I just realized I had my digital camera with me as I was on my way back from a job site visit.

If they don't want more than 20 bucks, I'll buy it, it will make a super SS grocery getter and I won't have to muck with a BMX crank and BB like I am with the Dyno Glide.
