First timer making mods to a Kilo TT

1 Attachment(s)
Hey all - just ordered a black Kilo TT 53cm. I should be getting it in this week. I'll probably ride stock for a bit, but I know I'll want to do some upgrades in the near future. I've spent some time looking at various designs for inspiration, but this one has really caught my eye:

Seeing that this is my first time customizing a bike, can anyone recommend parts to closely resemble this look? Not really sure where to start looking, so any help would be appreciated!

Im on my phome so cant see the pucture entirely but it looks like b43s as the rims and I would say avoid them, I know because I have a pair on my commuter and hate how heavy they are.

The rest looks like a Brooks saddle and standard riser bars and a threaded stem.

Other than the brooks, everything else will have a ton of options. Google up white "fixie" wheels and buy some deepdish boat anchors (amazon has a $99 pair from time to time) silver cranks, a black ring and riser handlebars and you're pretty much there. The color for the grips is "gum" or "natural gum".

Google and you, TMYK.

Also, those are riser handlebars. You will want them in 26mm clamp diameter. The saddle is a honey brooks b17.

Sorry, breh, but most risers are 25.4.

Some can be found with a 26 clamp, or you can use a 25.4 bar with a beer can shim.

Yeah.. maybe I was a bit harsh by saying "breh.."

The first mod I would make on a Kilo would be to find someone who know something about bikes and get (or pay) them to help me adjust it so that it fits.

Links for what they're worth:

Pure Fix and State? They're not worth much.

Jeez, the only reason I told him to get risers in 26mm clamp was because the stem on the stock Kilo is 26mm. It's not like I have every riser bar ever made memorized. I just remembered seeing some 26mm risers somewhere and I told him to get some. My bad.
