Townie Question
 

Does anybody have any idea what handlebars and basket are on this bike? I'd really like to use them on a townie build, and have searched a lot but have had no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

It's hard to see the bends in the bars from that angle but these could work:

The basket looks like a Sunlite, probably large:

The same basket comes in medium too.

My guess is Porteur bars, flipped.
And that Black Lightning townie is hnnngggghhh
